KN CONNECTIVE is the network we are building: workspace, storage, warehousing and logistics hubs for small and medium-sized businesses, with access for larger companies and an AI Lab on site. We start with the land. Landowners come in through a partnership, a lease option or a profit-share agreement, with the split weighted in favour of the land. Every site is then assessed for sport and storage and built to its best use, and we bring the media exposure and the land development together, so the site and the network grow in value side by side. Our flagship site and HQ will be in Oughtibridge, Sheffield. Around it, we are looking for land first, within about an hour’s drive, from ¼ acre to 10+ acres, and existing storage and warehouse sites are welcome too. Our investment plan is now set out in three phases: land option partners, then containers, then the first KN CONNECTIVE site build-out.
The first KN CONNECTIVE site is being put together with a small group of investment partners. Land first, then the best use of the site, then the wider build.
We built our own map of more than 3,000 storage sites across the UK, with pricing, to choose and price our sites on evidence rather than guesswork.
A new sports, events and media brand is being built to sit on KN CONNECTIVE sites. The name stays under wraps until it is protected.
HAF, our logistics business, now runs its own work exchange, driver app and member checks — the operating side that moves goods in and out of storage.
Our community sports brand opened its league platform and public club finder.
