Before anything is built, every site is looked at for both, and we pick what works best for that site.

Build it out, connect it
With the land held and the best use chosen, the site is built out in phases and joined to the network.

Site 1.
Best use first.
Site 1 is being secured with a small group of investment partners, with Oughtibridge, Sheffield as the flagship and HQ. Further sites follow within about an hour’s drive of it. The order is fixed: secure the land, look at it for sport and storage, build the option that works best, then the wider site. KN CONNECTIVE sits within KN Capital and KN Group.

How investors come in.
Every investor relationship starts with a conversation, proof of funds and AML / KYC checks, and is set out in a formal written agreement before anything proceeds. Terms are agreed site by site.
